The launch of this ambitious public awareness campaign was targeted at helping audiences to engage with Power of Attorney: what it meant and how they can 'start the conversation'. The initial 3 advertisements ran throughout December 2013 and brought 3 specific demographics to a range of high-profile peak slots on STV and a well determined day-time schedule. The results of the first campaign phase saw a 44% increase in uptake as well as a marked increase in awareness. The Spring extension again targeted an updated demographic and repeated this impact with a further increase. This was matched with an acutely targeted youtube campaign, online social media interventions, radio and public space.
