Role Responsibilities


  • New business, network development, marketing leads
  • Developing existing accounts and identifying new areas of opportunity
  • Working closely with the Directors to form a business development strategy
  • Establishing and working towards set targets
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of creative pitches
  • Reporting & updating databases
  • Attending networking events


Required Skills & Experience


  • 5+ years proven B2B sales experience in a multimedia or creative agency role
  • Ability to prospect and identify new business 
  • Understanding of the creative process
  • Excellent communication skills to include pitching proposals
  • Excellent negotiating and closing skills
  • Demonstrated track record of strong client relations
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
